The Employment Service is implementing an initiative titled “Maybe to Lithuania?”, designed specifically for Lithuanian citizens residing abroad. The programme seeks to provide clear and straightforward information about the Lithuanian labour market, job opportunities, employers, and their expectations. To encourage early preparation for returning, the initiative organises meetings with members of Lithuanian communities and professional networks, as well as collaborating with Lithuanian embassies. Additionally, the Employment Service hosts virtual employer fairs, develops innovative digital tools, and establishes partnerships with relevant organisations across Lithuania to support the successful reintegration of returning Lithuanians into the local workforce.
